DENVER, N.C. (Nov. 6, 2018) – Continuing the fight to extinguish domestic minor child trafficking, Mike Harmon Racing is proud to continue their partnership with Veterans For Child Rescue at ISM Raceway on Saturday, November 10, 2018 in Avondale, Arizona. The V4CR logo will be displayed on the hood and sides of the No. 74 Camaro.
The partnership began last month at Dover International Speedway where the non-profit organization made their NASCAR debut, as a sponsor of the No. 74 team. Harmon has 16 NXS starts at the 1-mile track, with a best finish of 27th.
“All of us at V4CR are excited to be back with Mike Harmon Racing for this Veterans Day weekend celebration, said Craig Sawyer, founder of V4CR. “It is an absolute honor to have our V4CR Eagle flying on the hood of the MHR/V4CR Chevrolet and be a part of NASCAR’s Veterans Day tribute.”
The organization has grown from 260 volunteers in May, to over 1,500 in just the last six months, spanning across 49 states. To learn how you can get involved, visit vets4childrescue.org.
Also in attendance with the MHR team this weekend at ISM Raceway will be Hank Robinson, owner of Hanro Engraving Studios. To view his astonishing work and learn more about his services, visit hanrostudios.com.
The Whelen Trusted to Perform 200 will take place at 3:30pm ET on Nov. 10. The race will be televised on NBC and broadcast on MRN.
Mike Harmon, driver No. 74 Veterans For Child Rescue team
“All of us at Mike Harmon Racing are looking forward to taking to the track in Phoenix this week with the No. 74 Veterans 4 Child Rescue Chevy Camaro. We are very fortunate to have Craig Sawyer and members of his V4CR team in attendance with us. Our partnership is more than just a logo on a car, we stand behind V4CR in their mission to end child trafficking in the United States, to bring awareness, not only to the race community but the entire nation in as whole. The protection of our children can not go unnoticed or scrapped under the rug, we must protect our children, our youth, our communities to the fullest! God bless the men and women within V4CR for doing such.”
